Visitors from around the world come to marvel at the floating villages of Vietnam's Ha Long Bay. While the unique ecosystem has been recognised with a world heritage listing, today this status is under increasing threat from human-induced climate change. Fortunately, strategies are starting to be developed at a local and national level in an effort to mitigate the damage.
